- Eliminate water hammer.
- Reduce the sshhhhhhhh sound in all of the pipes when you turn on water anywhere in the house.
- Use smaller pipes/tubing so hot water gets to the spigot faster.

- Instant water heaters.
- Whole house water filter
- Water softener

Remove asphalt and install a concrete-based drive. Options include:
- Poured concrete - your normal white concrete driveway
- Pavers - Hard-set conrete paver
- Stamped concrete - Like above but with colors and patterns
- Poured and paver mix - use pavers for borders or patterns, fill in with poured concrete
